The design | Uncertain
This design is a little complex, but anyone with basic CSS and HTML knowledge should have no problems with this.
This is just my second OSWD design.

Images
Only one image was used in this entire document, and that was for the background of the ehader. You may think it looks better without it there so delete it and see what you think, I was undecided and left it there.
